The Hangover

Genre: Comedy
Hidden Scene: During the closing credits

"The highest grossing R-rated comedy in history"

Doug (Justin Bartha) is going to get married to Tracy (Sasha Barrese) soon. So his buddies Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms) and Tracy's brother Alan (Zach Galifianakis) decide to throw his bachelor party - in Las Vegas.

So off they go to Sin City a few days before the wedding looking for one final run of fun before their buddy gets hitched.
But what they get is one wild night that finds them drugged, finding a baby, a tiger is in the bathroom, Stu gets married to a stripper Jade (Heather Graham), Doug's future father-in-law's (Jeffrey Tambor) vintage Mercedes is gone plus run-ins with Chinese thugs, Mike Tyson and not to mention the police.
Oh wait. Did I mention that Doug is missing too?

So it's just hours before the wedding.
And they're screwed.

I know this movie was supposed to be the funniest movie of the year. But it just didn't work for me.
And i'm honestly not sure why people would think it so.

The jokes were cliche. There was not much suspense plus the actors were.. well.. not very convincing to be honest.
I don't know what was more irritating. The fat guy with the beard or the wuss with the missing tooth.
It seemed to be just one big rollercoaster ride of un-funniness to me.

It seemed like just a remake of 'Dude, Where's My Car' and 'Road Trip' (which was not bad) all mashed-up together.
Oh wait. The director DID do 'Road Trip' No wonder.

If you wan a funny movie then watch THIS.
It may not be R-rated but it kicks the shit out of this movie.

Final Verdict:
